A couple of weeks ago we took advantage of warm weather and did a last minute night in Panama City Beach!  It’s the closest beach to where we are now in Alabama and we have a big bucket list of things to do.  This time the main thing on our to do list was to rent a Pontoon Boat and go visit Shell Island.  It did not disappoint!   Well, other than the sunburns.  It started out as one of those cloudy days where there is never enough sunscreen and you know the rest.  The white sand and blue water was amazing and it was one my favorite places to ever go!

We  rented from Lagoon Pontoon and a half day on the 90hp was only $159!  They were so knowledgeable and told us exactly where to go.  The island was gorgeous and we had it almost to ourselves.   Now it was February so it does get busier in the peak season.   It lived up to it’s name with so many shells.  If you visit you may see the effects of Hurricane Michael that are still visible with boats washed up ashore and abandon.

We have a video up on our new YouTube channel so take a look and please subscribe.  Jake did most of the narration and he is so funny!  Leave him a comment and let him know how great he did!
