He’s currently wearing Livie & Luca size 9, but probably not for very long. . . they have these in a 9, but not a 10, so I’m debating going with the 9. . . ? What do you think? I’ve never tried Toms for him before.

These are pretty true to size… I think you can probably do a 10 and have them last longer. Might be a hair loose to start. The 9s would likely fit now as a nice snug fit but not through a growth spurt.
